What We Ship
Our products are currently in digital format. Therefore they are not shipped, but are instead made available as digital downloads. These digital products are made available throuogh your control panel and user-specific URL.
When Will My Digital Product(s) become available?
Your digital products are available within twenty-four hours after purchase.
How am I notifed that my digital product is available?
You will be notifed through email using the email address you provided when you registered and purchased your digital product(s).
When Will My Order Ship?
Products, such as tee-shirts, coffee mugs, and similar items will usually ship within 1-2 business days via UPS, FedEx or USPS. If an order won't be shipped in this time frame due to a backorder, you will be contacted via phone or e-mail. Once your order is placed, you will receive order status notifications via e-mail with tracking information when available. Some smaller orders that ship via USPS will not have a tracking #, but typically arrive in 3-4 business days.
